Hey all! I'm on my 11th day, so 10 days are behind me now! Hard to believe it's been that long already! (Although at times it feels like much more !)
Thought I'd post my good news here... Lost 7 pounds the first week, and 2 so far this week! I'm doing full fast, 3 shakes a day, 1soup w/cracker, 1bar. (Is it still full fast with the soup and bar?)
Anyway- keep your eyes posted, 10# club, I'm gaining on ya! :!: (Or should I say losing??
