so glad I got through day 1 and without any problems. I had a wee bit of a headache before I went to bed last night and managed to go to sleep and had a really good night sleep that I overslept this morning so I guess I will be starting late on all my shakes and supplements.
I am having my oatmeal now for breakfast with my cuppa caf and then I will walk for a half hour on the treadmill..half of what I sually do and then I will have a supplement bar .....and go from there.
I forgot to weigh again this morning..I guess I must have this block with the scales.
I wish the oatmeal came unsweetened..I used to take Irish oatmeal (instant microwave type) every morning and after it was cooked Iwould add a couple of egg whites and some fruit...
