these were taken first thing in the am...literally rolled out of bed, threw on my before clothes and Brian went camera happy. :lol:

Wow! That is totally amazing. I usually don't come over to this section. Forget about it mostly, but I was so impressed with your weight loss. Just our of curiosity, are you doing the full fast, or the 5 & 1?

You are really dropping it quick, and you look wonderful! I can really tell a tremendous difference.

supermom...I double dog dare ya!

Lulie...I nomally just stick with the 5 & 1. But since recenent surgery and my still being on antibiotics and not wanting to be slowed down at all, I'll do a full fast 2-3 days out of the week to give me a bit of a boost.

I'm thinking of doing a full fast all this week though to see if I can be in ONEderland by next Sunday's weigh in!
