I just started the plan yesterday. From everything I've heard, the first three days are really rough and you are hungry most of the time. Yesterday, I was a little hungry, but it wasn't that bad. Today, I am having to force myself to eat.
Granted, this sounds like a good thing, but I'm curious about whether this is normal? I felt a little under the weather yesterday (prior to my first meal on the plan), but it wasn't anything major.
I guess I'm just trying to figure out if this is normal. FYI, I'm a 370 pound guy, so I SHOULD be hungry!
The headaches are definitely here, so I know that part is normal.
