day two going great!!!! have questions !!

day 2 so far great!! drank 90% of my h20 already!! (helps alot)!!!

Can I have grated parm on my chili and salads and can you suggest spices and other add-ons I can use for flavor???

Eggs are they allowed (egggbeaters) ??

and milk???

Any other stuff please let me know!!!

Hi Rae,
I'm waiting for Nancy and others to give you lots of ideas about spicing up the chili. Check out the lean cuisine section -- lots and lots of great ideas. I've decided I have challenged taste buds and most things taste just fine to me so I don't add too many spices. I know many add chili powder, tobasco etc. But that would really burn this poor Northerner's tummy. Sorry stay out of the cheese -- eggs you may substitue for the lean and green -- Quick Start book tells you exactly how many I believe. Milk??? No milk unless you are substituting 8 oz of skim milk for a meal replacement.
