How I felt:
Well-rested, had energy but was slightly light-headed in the a.m. I braved the cold after bkfst to do 4 huge loads of laundry. Felt drained fast. Very low energy around 1130 and was feeling sluggish. I was kindof irritable too (I yelled at the butcher unecessarily - sorry guy!) Started feeling hungry around noon but held on until 1pm for my soup (what a great reward!). I gave in to the sluggishness and took a nap for about 2hours. I woke up because I had to and felt slow and weak, but for a moment, I felt really REALLY good, and not hungry - that lasted for about 10 minutes, then I went back to the "slugs". I have a mild headache, but no real gripping hunger. About to try my banana pudding (that has been previously chilling, thank you very much Gina)!

I've been reading so many posts that comment that the shakes are so sweet....I'm kinda embarrassed, but, I don't find them that sweet. I guess I am/was a sugar freeeeeaaak! I should ask my dentist....
