I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKYOU TO EVERYONE THAT HAS RESPONDED TO MY POSTINGS.
WHEN I WROTE EARLIER THIS MORNING I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT MY DAY WAS GOING TO BE LIKE. MY MOTHER GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL TODAY. I TOOK HER HOME MADE SURE SHE WAS COMFORTABLE.
I WAS JUST SITTING AT MY COMPUTER AND THOUGHT THANK YOU GOD DAY THREE REALLY WASN'T THAT BAD. I HAD ALL OF MY SHAKES TODAY AND ATE 4 OUNCES OF CHICKEN WITHOUT SKIN AND 2 CUPS OF STEAMED VEGETABLES,BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER. OH YEAH BY THE WAY I GOT ON THE SCALE AND WEIGHED MYSELF OUT OF CURIOSITY. I WEIGHED 171LBS. I'VE LOST SO FAR 4LBS. I DON'T CARE IF IT JUST WATER WEIGHT I STILL FILL WONDERFUL. I KNOW I SHOULDN'T GET ON THE SCALE PROBABLY UNTIL DAY SEVEN I JUST WANTED TO SEE FOR MYSELF SINCE I STARTED I HAD A COUPLE OF STRESSFUL DAYS. MY START WEIGHT WAS 175LBS. PEACE OUT UNTIL NEXT TIME.
