Start of Day three, and I am hanging in there.
Yesterday was really, really bad. Got a horrible migraine, took 3 Imitrix over 6 hours and it did nothing, so finally just took the big guns and went to sleep. And by doing that I didn't get my last meal of the day. But I wouldn't have been able to hold it down anyway.
Now enough of the complaining and on to the good news.

I felt wonderful this morning, woke up, walked on my tread mill for about 15 minutes, ( I know, I know, not suppose to exercise for the first two weeks, but I am used to walking for anywhere from 45 min to an hour 3 to 4 times a week, and my legs were feeling stiff, I really needed it) , drank my first bottle of water, had the dark chocolate mocha shake, which was yummy made like the recipe in the lean cuisine section, and off to start day three..

I weighed in this morning, it hasn't been a week yet of course, but I wanted to get in on the Sunday morning roll calls, and I had lost 7 lbs. 7lbs in 2 days... now I realize that is not a normal weight loss, and may change before my actual weekly weigh-in next Friday, but I needed the encouragement. It was great.
I had to call my husband in to read the scale to make sure I was not in some kind of ketosis hallucination state. LOL

He told me how proud he was, how he knew that "this" was the time I would do it, and how much he loved me... and you know there is nothing better than that.....
I really think support is what makes the difference on this diet.
so I just wanted to wish everyone a great week, and let's all remember....
