Lisa J. here in Texas. I have restarted my program and this is Day 4 for me. I have lost 4 pounds in 3 days so am very glad to be back with you. Have a great week, one day at a time! Lisa J.

Ok...GOOD...more Texans around!! Day 6 today...I am really enjoying the Chai Latte...I have it hot or I have it cold...it is wonderful...have you guys tried that? Nancy told me she has it every night....I just love it.

i am living in new jersey now, but am originally from louisiana, and i love to see people show their southern pride!
also, i am only one day behind you; today is my fifth day. :lol:
and i also love the chai latte!! how funny! anyway i am glad that you are doing well and good luck!
i am personally trying to force myself to wait until the morning of my eighth day before i even get on the scale! :)
