Day 7

Postby JustJeni » March 12th, 2006, 7:07 am

Today is the start of day 7 and I have lost 6.2 pounds so far. I'm happy with it. I had been working out hard since January and have joined a body challenge at the fitness center.......so I had to workout! I only did 3 days verses the 5 or 6 that I would usually do. Anway thanks for the support from here!

Hi Jeni, I like your screen name. My screen name was justjo at one time. :D

They warn about too much exercising slowing your weightloss. I've also read that if you are already used to exercising, that you should cut it in half for the first several weeks of using Medifast. Just remember that your calorie intake is very low and you may need to add another supplement on days that you exercise alot. I go to Curves. It's only 1/2 hour though and not too strenuous.

Yeah I'm thinkin if I did less I would have lost more. I have to check in 3 times a week or can't be in the challenge.

Congrats on your loss!

With all the working out you're going to be doing, have you thought about using the 70 shakes? They have 10 extra calories and 3 extra grams of protien, compared with the 55 shakes.

Just be careful. The last thing you want to do is overstress your body and/or send it into starvation mode. If you have a health advisor, or are being monitored by a doctor, it might be a good idea to discuss your work-out plans and goals with them, so you can adjust the program as needed.

Here's to a thinner, fitter you to come!
