Checking in....
Here is how I did today - I'm hoping for comments/suggestions if I need to change anything. I decided to do the 5 & 1 plan:
8:30 - Shake
Water.... 10 oz
11:30 - Shake
Water....10 oz
1 piece sf gum
12:00 (driving to take my daughter's shopping) - 2 c. chicken bouillon
3:30 - shake
Pickle
Water...32 oz between 12:00 and 8pm
4:30 - MF oatmeal w/1 tsp Splenda
6:30 - 2 C. bagged salad
1 serving (about 3 slices of deli smoked turkey)
2 Tbs. light balsamic vinagrette salad dressing
1 diet pepsi
8:30 - hot tea w/Splenda and a TBL or so of ff creamer
1 MF bar
I think I still need to drink 12 oz of water - unless the boullion counts??
So what do you all think????
