Well, yesterday was a little tough. Today seems to be going a little better. I need to learn to plan my dinners ahead of time though.

My stomach is grumbling a little...and this morning I had a headache. Other than that, I'm okay.

I want to do this! I need to do this!

Welcome Liza.

I would suggest you to have a pickle. It replenishes sodium and helps with the grumbling. You can also try some boullion. Those may help with the headache (aspirin or tylenol does that too ;) )

The first few days are the toughest. Hang in there, it is well worth it!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

The toughtest time is behind you, you made the commitment and you started.....the rest is a no-brainer, just keep having supplements every 3 hours and one L & G meal a day.......and one day, you'll be at your goal weight. :)

Yeah, it isn't quite that easy........but almost. ;) :lol:
