1 Day Shy Of Being On MF For One Month...

Postby loriannk » March 27th, 2006, 12:04 pm

I have lost 15 lbs! Woo Hoo! I am so excited. Does the weight loss slow after your first month? I hope not. I would love to lose 15lbs a month.

This plan has been real easy for me once I found this site and that you can doctor up the food. I was about to quit after day one of eating the food blah. This site is great!

Just had to share my news and just couldnt wait till tomorrow.

Congrats! I just slowed on my 3rd week, but today the scale started to move down again! I hear that the early plateaus don't last for long. If I weigh less again tomorrow, then I would agree! :)

15 pounds/month

Hi Lori,
Don't worry I think that 15 pounds a month is a very very reasonable goal. You may even surprise yourself some months. :D

Congratulations Lori! :yourock:

15 pounds is great! Keep up the good work. I've averaged out to about 3 pounds a week so far, a little less or a little more. It's great to see the weight steadily coming off.

Wonderful news Lori! :clapclap: It's a great feeling, isn't it?! :D If the weight loss slows down or even plateaus, don't get discouraged or give up. Hang in there and you'll see the pounds drop! I've hit a couple of plateaus since mid Jan. but listened to the advice on here and stuck with it...and now I'm 30 lbs lighter!

The Lean Cuisine forum here is fantastic isn't it? Who would have thought you could have muffins, cookies and all the other goodies we get? It's been a life saver for me!
