Day 1 - Packet #4

Postby sheri1103 » February 14th, 2007, 5:50 pm

Hi All - As I promised myself and told all of you - today is the day.
I am back on the program. I actually feel pretty good. Am going to give the scrambled eggs a try tonight. As before I am going to do the full fast for a week or 2 - doctor said ok.

And for any newbie - or anyone else for that matter, I highly recommend the new M/F book - "The Secret is out" TSFL has it and I take it with me everywhere. Even reading a couple of sentences at red lights, just so I can keep the reminder of where I can go with this wonderful program. It does work.

And for those of you who have followed my sad story from January - my divorce was final last Friday. However we began Christian marriage counseling last night.

So I need something good and positive right now and M/F it is!!!

Good luck with starting over, both on Medifast and in your counseling.

SHERI,
Glad you have the book "The Secret is Out". It is great.
I still read it even after reaching goal!
Hugs and prayers on your marriage counseling...
that and M/F can't help but be good and positive moves right now.

Sheri, congratulations on making the decision (and following through) to begin again! :) I hope the Christian counseling works well for you both.

I wondered about the book and whether it was a 'must have' item. I appreciate seeing that you and Lizabette both found it helpful. I'll have to look into getting a copy.
