Here's my typical day:
6:30 AM - MF Oatmeal
9:30 AM - MF Shake or Punch
12:30 PM - Lean & Green
3:30 PM - MF Shake or Punch
6:30 PM - MF Bar
9:30 PM - MF Shake
If I have a snack it's usually MF Crackers or the new Soy Crisps around 4:30 PM. I drink about 80 oz. of water spread out throughout the day. Hope this helps....you are going to do great!
