Here's my typical day:

6:30 AM - MF Oatmeal
9:30 AM - MF Shake or Punch
12:30 PM - Lean & Green
3:30 PM - MF Shake or Punch
6:30 PM - MF Bar
9:30 PM - MF Shake

If I have a snack it's usually MF Crackers or the new Soy Crisps around 4:30 PM. I drink about 80 oz. of water spread out throughout the day. Hope this helps....you are going to do great!

Hi Elke,
Here's me:

7am-oatmeal or shake + 12oz h20
10am-shake + 12oz h20
1pm-soup or shake + 12oz h20
3 or 4pm-if I have a snack (usually celery) I have it now! +12oz h20
4pm-shake or bar + 12oz h20
7pm-L & G + 12oz H20 & a Diet Coke
10pm-pudding or shake +12oz h20

You are gonna do great with all the support you will get on this forum :lol:

Typical day for me is:

7:30am - medifast shake
10:30am - medifast soup or oatmeal
1:30pm - medifast soup or bar
4:30pm - medifast shake
7:30pm - lean & green
10:30pm - medifast meal (usually pudding, oatmeal, Chai or cocoa)

Also, I drink about 150oz of water each day (amazing because the first couple weeks I could not even drink 65oz)
