Well, it is 6:03 PM and I have almost made it to the end of the first day. I will still need to do one more supplement at about 8:00PM. And I am so happy that I made it through the first day! I do have a bit of a headache but not terrible. I found myself wanting to reach throughout the day but just kept myself busy and before I realized it, it was time for the next supplement.
Here is what I followed today. If I have done anything wrong or if I could do anything in a better way, please feel free to let me know. I want to succeed so I am open for all suggestions,
7:30 - Oatmeal w/32oz of water
10:30 - shake
1:30 - bar w/32 oz of water
3:45 - shake
5:30 - supper (skinless chicken breast 7oz and 1.5 cups of cooked cauliflower sprayed with "I can't believe it's not butter")
- 1 can of diet 7up plus (cherry)
I did find the oatmeal a bit bland but will experiment later with spices as soon as I get used to everything.
