Day 2 to a new me

I think I come from the place where so many others have been. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work anymore. As I saw that 200 lbs approaching, I realized I needed a change. I researched various programs and this one seemed like a great fit. I could use a variety of products (shakes, soups, oatmeal) and have a regular meal too. The simplicity is wonderful.

I'm on day 2 and feel hungry but good. I've been adding in a cup or two of boullion. I feel so good about this program. There is nothing to count and even though I'm slightly hungry, I don't feel like I'm starving myself. I was also shocked at how good the products taste. I was expecting something far worse and these are actually yummy.

So, I just wanted to let everyone know I'm here and rooting for them (and me)! I'm starting at 190 and hope to get to 140. Let's Go!!!

Sounds like you're off to a great start. You may find that in a couple days your hunger disappears entirely. The great bi-product of the mild state of ketosis you'll be entering.

Keep a slurping and keep us posted.

Welcome and I'm glad you are here on the forum. The people here will help and encourage you. Plus, we'll cheer for your weight losses and help you in any way we can. You'll do fine. It is a great program and as Unca stated soon you won't feel as hungry. I'll be looking for you :shock:

SO glad to have you with us.. Yes with MF 140 is very achievable..If you follow your program as it is laid out you will be there before you know it.. I'm on Day 3 now and so far haven't been hungry today. It will go away and then we have that lovely ketosis to look forward too!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone!

Marcelle, today is day 3 for me too, and it is like the magic day. So far my hunger has been MUCH less. I haven't been counting the minutes and seconds until my next meal today. So today is a good day and if we can make it through the hardest first 2 days, then the rest sure is doable!!
