Day 1 of Medifast Journey 2.0!

Well, I'm officially back and at it all the way! I have posted some 2/3 shots in the Studio for your viewing pleasure. I'm looking forward to all of your support and extending support to all of you. Day 1 is moving along fine, just making the transition to the low calories and working from there. So far, so good! I've been here before so I know the drill and I'm just working on conserving energy today and getting into Day 2 tomorrow.

Welcome back, Cyd! Things are kind of quiet here because we had some problems with the site, but I'm sure more folks will be along at some point.
