Ok...I am happy today...I am BACK ON TRACK !!!!! I was not going to even speak those words until I had my first week under my belt...it is so good reading everyone's posts...thanks for sharing.

I am really feeling good today...it is amazing with all the weight that I have to lose how I can FEEL the difference in just the first week. I have more energy and look forward to my MF food. I love the new big MF plastic shaker...it is so nice and easy to use.

I won't weigh again until in the morning...I will check in with you guys Sunday because I am going to do the weekly weigh in. Hope everyone is doing welll.

AWESOME! You know I felt that same way the first week. Even though I wasn't sure if I lost or not at that time, I still felt as I look GREAT!

It's good to know that you like your new Ultimate shaker jar. I must admit I still have my original shaker jar. The numbers and lines are worn off, there is a crack in the threaded area from riding across the country in my crowded suitcases...I just cannot take the thought of having it go away...I nuke my oatmeal and Chai in my shaker jar every day...I love that jar!

There's a whole gang of us restarting. We're calling ourselves old newbies! Welcome back and I'm so glad you found your way back to the program! I was away for a year, realized that there's nothing better! I'm so glad you acclimated to the program and looking forward to the food! Welcome back!
