Day 8 for two

Postby desertmomma » March 25th, 2005, 9:16 pm

thanks for asking about me, Raederele, and heres my update onnnnnn day 7, I found out I was pregnant! So I lost 8 pounds...and had to quit! Sigh...Medifast and some of you will be here for me in 10 months right?
Ive already gained half back, in fear of the ketosis hurting the baby...didnt want to take the risk seeing as how I hit 138lbs...not really overweight, and I was turning ketosticks hot magenta.

As for hubby...he is down from 316 to 298 in 8 DAYS!!!!
Hes goin strong. Thanks for all your support.

Woohoo, a baby! Congratulations!!!!!

Um, I just sorta bet there's a typo in your post, though, desertmommatobe. . . either that or Medifast needs to get hubby as a super-success story fast! ;)

Babies are fun. Ooooo, best of everything to you.

DesertMomma2Be ~

Sorry that I missed this announcement - congratulations!

How's that Daddy2Be doin' on his plan?

While pregnant or lactating women who provide the majority of their baby's nourishment may not use Medifast for weight loss, they may use several Medifast supplements daily for nutritional benefit.

Our daughter is preggers and uses MF oatmeal, a bar and soup or a shake every day in addition to eating several low fat meals of regular foods. She learned the importance of eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. She rarely has heartburn or experiences queasiness.

She established good Medihabits while on our Take Shape For Life weight loss programs and continues to drink a lot of water, never skips breakfast or meals, she walks for 25 minutes on her lunch hour and incorporates several Medifast products into a low fat meal plan.

Our best to you and your new family2Be!
