Yippy - you stayed on Program! Even though you kids are pooped, be sure to have ALL five packets - even if you have to sip your last shake of the day from under the covers...
You need every little snort of vitamins and protein!
Pumkie - If your day is especially busy and you are working more hours than usual, have an extra packet - you just may need that extra shot of Puddin' or Noodly soup to carry you through the day without a cheat!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
