Day 3... 9# down!

Postby fedup » June 3rd, 2005, 6:59 am

Hurray Hurray Hurray! I'm so glad I'm back with my lifesaver- MF!! ;) I started on June 1st with a 22 pound weight gain from the previous 2 weeks! Was ready to cry! Well... on June 2nd I weighed in 5 pounds lighter... and on June 3rd (this morning) I weighed in 4 more pounds flushed! So 9 pounds in 2 days is helping me feel better!! :D I still have the Dr. appt. Monday to make sure there is no issue going on with the sudden surge in my weight, but this 2 day record so far makes me feel like at least now I KNOW I can get it back off! I know the early days= faster loss with water retention and all, I'm just so excited to see quick results getting that fluid outta-here!

ALso, I'm not finding the first 3 days as tough as I did the first time I did MF. I mean, mentally they are still tough, used to grabbing anything I want to eat and I have to tell myself, "uh uh..." but physically I'm not having much hunger at all. Lets hope it keeps that way!

"Y"
I'm so happy for you. I figured that 20 mystery lbs were come off pretty easily...but of course we never know. I'm mainly thankful that you aren't having a hard time physically these first few days. They were really a killer for me when I started. You're already back on track and droppin' that weight off like a water balloon on top of a tall building ;)

Have a great weekend!

fedup,
What GREAT news!! Thost 20 pounds must have been alot of water retention....I'm glad it's coming off as fast as it came on. I wanted to say that it probably would come off really fast since it came on that fast the other day, but I didn't want to be wrong and get hopes up. Anyway, that's SUPER and I'm sure you've got to feel a surge of relief!! And better yet, is that you're feeling good physically during these first 3 hard days - which is a blessing for you that you deserved!!
