14-DAY COMMITMENT CHALLENGE WILL START MONDAY, JAN. 29TH

IT IS OFFICIAL!!!!

MONDAY, JANUARY 29TH, WILL BE THE KICK-OFF OF THE 14-Day Commitment Challenge!!!!!!

The purpose of the 14-day Commitment Challenge is to break our addiction to self-sabotage (non-compliance) and commit to being compliant with the MF plan for the next 14 days.

It is a commitment to succeed.

All it takes is a decision with corresponding actions.

Let's operate from the mindset that we are already successful. Therefore, we will commit daily to maintain our success at whatever cost. Every committed and compliant step supports and maintains our success.

I am so excited!!!!! Thank you all for your support. I just need to get through the first 30 days. That has been my challenge.

I said in the other thread you posted that we should start on a date when we all weigh in- like the 28th.

I vote January 29 because the day after weigh-in can be such a motivating time for some and it is also a Monday, the start of a week for many.

Why not just use the first thread? it might get confusing to everyone to have so many threads about the same thing. Just a suggestion :)
As Biki said before, we don't need 4 threads about the same thing!

Beam me up....er, I mean, sign me up! I'm with Beth on this, though, I'll start on my weigh-in day, Sun. 1/28 (just cuz I like to start mini-goals on Sundays, not cuz of a V-day dinner). And I like the idea of meeting a 2-wk goal, then establishing another 2-wk goal, and so on. Good luck, everybody!! :mrgreen:

I have definitely already started. With weigh-in tomorrow I am afraid not to be compliant!

Yes - sign me up too! I seem to be having trouble getting on track - think it was the Christmas holidays that did me in. I was doing SO good in October and November, then December came and WHAMMO! So, a two week commitment will be great. Let's all get weighed on Monday morning and see what happens. By the way, has anyone tried the scrambled eggs ? Good luck everyone.
