Chick;

I don't know what your school schedule is like, but I bring 3 24-oz bottles to school with me every day and just drink them instead of my usual 4 cans of soda. I see a lot of teachers with the ever-present coffee cup in their hand - for me it's water now instead. The thing is, with my schedule I can chug a bottle before school, spread one out during the day, and finish the last one after school, and my classes are spread enough that I get plenty of potty breaks. I used to teach in a block schedule, though, 75-minute periods, and I don't know how I'd do it then. Good luck! I only know that it's worth it - since upping my water intake, I had a much easier time on this restart than my last attempts. Could be coincidence, but....

I started my 2 week challenge last Sunday and am happy to report that I made it 7 days. I only lost .6 lbs thanks to TOM, but I am so stoked that I did it! The first few days, it was craving-mania, but I made it. Knowing that I signed on to the two week challenge really helped me to stay disciplined and accountable. Yesterday, I took the kids to the arcade (complete with pizza/salad bar) and to Krispy Kreme to redeem their free donut coupons and survived with my dignity intact! I have no worries about this week and hope that next Sunday I can become a proud member of the 20# club. As for the water, I have a gigantic (but very cute) bottle that I fill at the beginning of the day. I try to drink that plus 8 oz of water before each shake. I also tend to have tea/Diet DP/Coke Zero/coffee/Crystal Light, so I virtually float away!
