i m on day 4 and i have a ?

Hello everyone.

I'm so excited to be on day 4. I waited 2 months to get going and today I feel much better. My health advisors are David and Terri miller and they have been so helpful getting me threw the frist 3 days. My ? is about bean sprouts the kind that is white and long like the ones in chinese food. Can we eat those on salads or not.

Hi, Katrena and MomsTherapy ~

Yup! You certainly may have mung bean sprouts and broccoli sprouts and alfalfas, too. In the Quick Start Booket, sprouts are listed as approved veggies.

Personally, I never buy clover or alalfa sprouts anymore and I haven't grown any on our kitchen counter for a long time either- there were outbreaks of Salmonella and E. coli in our area so I prefer to not buy or eat raw sprouts.
