Water, water and more water! But I am following the program to the letter. I also saw my doctor today; he approved the full fast for 1 month.
I need to have blood tests both now and in 1 month so he can monitor things. He had never heard of Medifast so I took one of the packets in so he could see. I am blessed to have a very good doctor - I know not all of them are so open minded and understanding.

Am feeling a little tired tonight - but one more day and then ketosis will begin. So I am on my way.

I am drinking bunches of water too. I saw my doctor yesterday and she said she wants to see me in two weeks to take some fasting blood work to see if I even need to be on diabetes meds anymore!

LOL on the water...I drink so much water now that I don't have TIME to enjoy my diet sunkist, it takes me 2 days to drink a bottle of Diet Sunkist (and I always went through a ton of those a day).

Way to go! Keep up the good work!
