Hi daydreaming,
The sweet taste bothered me in the beginning for quite a while too. Also, whenever I have certain foods like the soups that I spice up quite a bit, I end up wanted either more spicy (i think of salty/crunchy ie. nachos) and then dessert other than what MF allows
(which is weird, 'cause the sweet thing had been bothering me)
Anyhow, I noticed if I waited about 15-30 minutes, went and did something else, the craving usually went away.
Also, brushing my teeth and then sipping on a large glass of water (about 32 oz.
) for about 20 min. or so usually got rid of those cravings.
I also chew lots of gum and drink splenda/diet free sodas, both of which I never did before MF, but hey, they help.
