Mmmmmmmmm I could have sworn I had checked the store shelves before for Davinci and Torani syrups at the local grocery store. I wa surprised to see they had some in stock. I had to get the Kahlua flvored sugar free syrup - it made tonights cappi simply divine!

It is tasty. We use all manner of flavors here (all Sugar Free of course). From ye olde caramel and vanilla to Vanilla macadamia, Tiramisu, and Kahlua. We even bought a bottle of Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce.

I'm pretty much a naturalist - eat medifast with out adding anything extra to it but I have indulged in adding flavors to my cappis. I bought the small bottles of Vanilla, Raspberry, Carmel, and Hazelnut Torani syrups to try. The Hazelnut went quickly and I had to buy a large bottle.
