Good experiment though. I was going to order some and I am confused about some specials, so hopefully I get some feedback from them....oops just did

I swear I am dumb. I wrote to them and say the following:

Please advise:

The description says that the package includes all 22 flavors plus the 4 fruit flavors thrown in free.

Perhaps my math is off, but I count 33 flavors even when the 4 fruit flavors are excluded from the count.

Which 22 are the ones that are included? I would like to know before I order. Thanks

So, I ask....Is it me? Am I missing something in the answer. I wrote back for clarification to see if the item description is wrong, but I will have to wait and see.

I think it may be all 22 products, excluding the seven that are available in the "Dessert Sampler". That would equal out to 26 (including the four fruit flavors). Regardless, it's a misleading special.

Well guys, I wrote back to let them know their answer was not good enough and I was uncertain. I figure before I put the money out...


So, I got a letter back today that said, "Yes, all 37 flavors included"


OK. So, I guess that is the deal. Mathematically 37 x ~6 bucks a bottle is $222 and the deal is for $130, so I think I am gonna go for it. Not that I am rich or anything, but I am sure I will find people to share.

My only problem will be trading away the smoked bacon and BBQ type flavors and anything else that is similar that I HATE! OK. gonna order now, along with some peach oatmeal, and I will be sure to share the outcome.

I haven't actually ordered from TSFL yet, but I will next time. I've been ordering directly from medifast.

I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago and haven't received them, yet.

They sent me an email with the tracking info, but the website just shows that it will be sent in 4-7 days. I don't know why it should take so long to send the stuff out...

A friend said they did a whole piece on these on "Access Hollywood" the other day. Hopefully our orders will go out before they get inundated. Apparently all the stars were raving about 'em.

I didn't see the "Access Hollywood", but every magazine I have opened over the past week or so has had a full page Medifast ad in them...

They don't seem to have great customer service. It sounds like they are getting a lot of press and they aren't prepared for the orders.

Even if I enjoy the products, I doubt I'll be ordering from them again.
