I'm starting tomorrow, but I have been weighing myself daily for over a year now. I don't get caught up in the "vanity" of it, but I was seeing how difference scenarios affect my weight. I have been at the same weight, give or take a few pounds for the last 3 years.
I decided to weight just on Sundays so I can experience the "wow" factor of actually seeing the scale eventually move away from the 290s. I'm sick to death of 298, sick, sick, sick
