Just remember to count it as your snack. Its not a condiment.... ;)

If you happen to have the "leaner or leanest" of the lean selections and have to add some fat to the day's intake you can use 1 (leaner) or 2 (leanest) ounces of regular cream cheese. Like I have said, it really doesn't change the flavor, but it does make the pudding more creamy and more freezeable.

Hi everyone!

I may have to give this fat free cream cheese and pudding thing a whirl! I don't usually eat the snacks anyway so that sounds like something to try. Thanks. :D

Regarding wedding colors, I am still changing my mind every day. I love shades of blue so I was originally thinking something heavy on blue, but now I am sort of loving the idea of charcoal gray bridesmaid dresses, perhaps paired with a deep rich purple. I am sure I'll rethink it 100 times over between now and when I actually decide.

No loss to report, things are slowing down over here as I have been having to adjust the program a little bit here and there. I hope I hit the 100# Club sometime soon though! I believe the next two weeks should be a bit more like normal, so hopefully I can make it happen fairly soon. I've been having to incorporate an extra L/G and fewer MF meals here and there, but overall I'm on plan and on target so I'm keeping with it...the summer of craziness is well underway!

Ooh, charcoal grey and plum sound so distinguished and rich! I wanted yellows, but at the time yellow wasn't in, and we couldn't find yellow dresses at any of the bridal shops. So they ended up wearing black dresses (different styles on each) and carrying white and yellow daisies and roses.

Great job on the MF! It's so great how you've personalized it and made it work for you!

When I lived in California, I did some wedding consulting along with my sewing business. The best advice I can give is for YOU to choose YOUR colors! Don't let your mom nor future mother-in-law choose them for you. The biggest reason I got out of sewing for weddings is that I couldn't STAND dealing with the mothers! Brides I could handle, but the mothers are insane! Next most important is to be kind to your bride's maids... enough said!

Congrats on keeping your weight in check while under all the stress and while dealing with being on an altered program. Sometimes we just gotta do what we gotta do!

This is me, running like crazy!

Just stopping in quick to let you know things are still going smoothly over here, we may finally have a place to live (full updates later, I promise!), and that I miss being around and keeping tabs on everyone. I hope all are doing well!

Thanks for the great advice on wedding stuff, ladies! I appreciate it greatly. :D

I have been living on oatmeal for days. I didn't reorder in time to keep myself stocked up on my favorites and it has been one packet of apple cinnamon, maple & brown sugar, and blueberry after another. Oh goodness gracious I can't wait for my dutch chocolate shakes to show up! With that said, I've learned to love the oatmeal again, even though I'm getting bored. I mix each packet with less water (I don't measure, I just kind of eyeball it) and only microwave for 45 seconds. It makes it a lot more like "real" oatmeal. A dash of cinnamon and it's pretty much delicious.

I'm glad I have managed to maintain and/or make teeny weight losses each week right now. My schedule is somewhat lightening up between now and August (so what is that, one week? haha) so I am hoping to FINALLY hit that 100# Club next week. We have our engagement photo session in early October and I'm also planning to start dress shopping in October, so it's goal by/in October or bust! I am so ready. So so ready.

I've had to do the get-by thing before too. I still can't eat the eggs and I'm just starting to eat the beef flavored soups again. I really burned myself out on those!

You've done SO amazing staying on the plan with your wild schedule! You should be so proud of yourself! :D

I saw your chicken recipe on Century's journal. What veggies do you put in the chicken? I do another one where I put fat free cream cheese, garlic and onion powder in the chicken and broild it (you're also supposed to wrap it in bacon and top with cheese, so I do one like that for hubby). But your recipe sounds much healthier!

Thanks!

I switch it up, but it usually involves some variation of spinach, tomatos, a smidge of diced onion, chopped mushrooms (sometimes white, sometimes baby portabellas) once in a while some fat free feta...I switch it up often enough to keep it interesting and keep it yummy. If it doesn't taste good I get bored and risk falling off the wagon so I work to keep the flavor up and the healthfulness up and in turn, keep my mouth happy. :D

So I keep telling myself that one of these days life is going to slow down. At this point, that's looking like about mid-October at the earliest.

So how is everyone? I've eeked it down to 171.8 and really really looking forward to a strong weekend and hopefully earning my star with my weigh-in on Monday morning. Keep the fingers crossed for me! With just 26.8lbs to go until goal I am feeling motivated and while a bit fatigued with all of the work, I am so excited to be so close after coming so far.

Anyway, more packing to do and laundry to fold. Hope everyone is doing well!

Great job Cyd. Keeping the fingers crossed for ya.

Just think about the nice things that will come from being so busy though.

This is very true, Mike. :D And being busy has it's benefits....less idle time to inspire the itch to snack needlessly!
