Creatine?

Has anyone used this in conjunction with their exercise? I can't get a good handle on if this is just for people who want to bulk up or if it's also for people who are trying to increase muscle:fat ratio.

I did when I was low-carbing. Didn't notice a difference, but that's just me.

My husband uses it but he is trying to gain muscle not lose anything*he hasnt got any to lose :lol: *

My brother uses it also, but just to bulk up! He has no weight to lose, been thin as a rail always, THE BIG JERK!!! :x

Well ,I don't want to give you bad advice..........I really no nothing about it other than he uses it and has no weight to lose. Maybe someone on here has used it to lose weight????????????

The Body For Life guy talks about it some, but it's mostly in the section on elite athletes, I think. I'll have to look more closely.
