Hi Ivonne, Yes, you are allowed a splash of creamer in your coffee. I gave it up, though, cuz I didn't want the extra calories. Black coffee is good after you are used to it.

I've cut back from 5-6 cups a day to one cup on the morning commute. I too have a splash of creamer.

Howdy!

You may have skim/low fat milk in your coffee or tea or small amounts of half and half.

There is fat free half and half with half the calories of regular half and half. (How's that for a confusing sentence?)

It does contain corn syrup (which is a carb). Some of you are endeavoring to be as sugar-free as possible so I just wanted you to know it's in there. I use the fat free version here at the old MakeMeThinner Cottage and we certainly prefer it to skim milk (Blechy!).

My own personal thot regarding creamers...the powdered kind are really fakes - lots of stuff in the ingredient list sounds like chemicals to me. I have used some International Delight Coffee Creamer with Splenda in the past and thot it was ok. Just keep in mind that all the little squooshies of creamer and salad dressings and sauces add up over the course of a day and they can slow weight loss down.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
