I usually make mine with dried roasted garlic and some salsa or Rotel or hot sauce. Or sometimes I'll add a dash of Worcestershire, or a bit of Better Than Bouillon (lobster flavor - mmmm, a little like lobster bisque). Or some Molly McCheese and Better Than Bouillon ham (kind of a bacon-cheese taste).
