Cracker question???

Post your weight loss successes or failures here...:)

Hi I use the crakers sometimes by putting them in my magic B and whip them to crumbs and put them in a bag and put my fish in and shake away then spray my skillet with Pam and cook the fish and it is wonderful as a breading. It turns out nice and brown and the fish is gooood. Judy

growling tummy, but no "hunger"

Postby Tahoemama » September 2nd, 2005, 10:41 pm

Strawberry,
Yes, this is certainly a new feeling for me, too. It is a real trip when I realize that my stomach is literally growling and making noise, but I am not ravenous, as I surely would have been in the past, after a blood sugar drop, etc.

I have lost 24 lbs in 5 weeks and my husband has lost 30. We couldn't be more thrilled.

I enjoy reading all your postings.
Nite all,
Lois

Thanks, you know we got married in Tahoe! Is your name in any relation to the location? Thanks for the compliment and it sounds like you and your husband are doing great!

Strawberry,
Yes, I live in Lake Tahoe. My husband and I got married here too.... in ou backyard, 8 years ago :-)
We love it here and can't imagine raising our boys anywhere else!

Staying on the plan has been a bit easier because I have recruited so many people to the plan. So far me, my husband, my mom and dad, my aunt and uncle and now my close girlfriend are ALL on MF. A bunch of big losers. Ha!

Have a great weekend, all!

Welcome to you, Tahoemama!

You are doing great- isn't it fun when there are others playing the losing game, too?
