cottage cheese

Postby angcrashdiet » November 26th, 2005, 11:49 am

Does anyone know how much weight I could lose in like a week just by eating cottage cheese and what type of cottage cheese would be best to do this. I just need to lose some to get in shape for a modeling audition and stuff and I have to lose it quick. If anyone knows how much I could lose in a week on a crash diet of cottage cheese and what type would work then please answer. Thanks!!!!!!!!! :|

I think I can understand how you feel, however I don't think your bod will be able to lose very much in 7 days; cout the 3-4 days necessary to get into ketosis, and there is (IMO) a strong possibility that the next days, your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to his fat, because you don't feed it the necessary nutrients.

That is personnal opinion, based on personnal tries, and on... nothing else 8)

Lisa - that is hysterical !!! I am laughing outloud !!!!
Hyperion I thought it was very nice of you to give such a well thought out answer. I would give mine but it will just get snipped and I don't want UNCA to have to work that hard on the holiday weekend - Mytime

It just didn't sound REAL to me - crash cottage cheese diet for a modeling audition no less....the girl is probably 90 lbs. and wants to be 85.

If you WERE sincere, whoever you are, I apologize, and good luck!

Hey all, There is a show on MTV and the girl did the cottage cheese for a week or 2 before going to a Miss Texas or some pageant. I think the person might have been serious. Of course, no use now, since I am so late, but I am just catching up and reading everything. It just sounded familiar....

I tried the pizza diet for a couple of years...drat! I didn't make it into the final five in the Miss Texas pageant...

:roflmao:

 Sorry, just had to say it.

There are all kinds of diets on the market today, aren't there?

The first three letters of the word diet, spell DIE.

I thought that's what I would do if I had to go on one more diet with cottage cheese. :secret: I mean my spit was in the form of curds from all the cottage cheese I've consumed in my fatty lifetime.

We all want to lose maxium weight in the shortest amount of time, right?

The weight comes off fast and safely with MediFAST products and the Take Shape For Life 5 and 1 Program.

This is not a fad DIEt.

Our products have been researched, tested and found to be nutritious and they taste good. There is such a nice variety of products, there are many flavors and they are versatile.

:devious: I have not had cottage cheese since July 2002...
