Hi there ~
I thought I'd post some info for your dining pleasure...
DogMa recently mentioned upon her return from vacation about having some Sugar-Free Cool Whip.
There are many of us that like to have some on our puddin' or oatmeal or...
maybe it would make an intriguing addition to the HomeStyle Chili and spiff that up a bit...
I wanted to report my findings because there are so many varieties now.
Just a gentle reminder...calories, carbs and fats DO count.
On the 5 & 1 Program we are in a [very b]mild[/b] dietary state of ketosis. It usually will not register on keto strips and when we follow the TSFL Program book and use the guidelines of Medifast as they are designed, there is no need to use keto sticks, we WILL be in the fat-burning zone but it is very easy to cross the line and exit the wonderful fat-burning zone and re-enter the land of hunger and cravings.
If you choose to use Cool Whip then I should think it would just about take the place of your 'snack' for the day.
I put these same stats in my March 2006 Monthly Specials post but thought they would fit in the Lean Cuisine web room, too.

If you have a Cool Whip Fest be vewy vewy careful..
Just a little dab'l do ya!
Those dabs can easily turn into gobs.
Gobs turn into gobblin's...
Gobblin' the whole container at one sitting is definitely not a good thing...
