I am sure this has been answered before.....but, please clarify again if the "Kraft Fat Free Mayonaise" is allowable and exactly how much....and if green olives are allowed and how many!! I didn't know if these two condiments were only allowed on maintenance....I feel a new recipe coming on....thanks for helping me out here..... Jules

I found the answer to the "Kraft Fat Free Mayonaise" under the FAQ's...I scrolled down to Freebies and got the answer: 1 tbs. of fat free mayonaise. I still don't have my "olive" question answered. I have seen the "olive" issue addressed....I just cannot put my fingers on it.... Jules
