There are days when I have been doing 6+0 instead of 5+ - - the reason was because it was simple (I was away, tired, etc). I think I have preffered the full fast days - whats up with that?!?
Anyway, on those days when I replace my L&G with a supplement, I'm wondering if I still need to have a fat. For those of you that do the full fast, do you add fat and if so, what?? The fat for my L&G is easy - its dresing. But 2 tablespoons of the stuff w/o a salad is yucky!!!
