Hi all,
I'm currently eating 3 shakes, 1 oatmeal, 1 soup and 1 bar per day.
I just wondered what is the difference between a shake and an oatmeal, a soup and a shake, in a "weight loss" perspective?
Are shakes more likely to make you lose weight than oatmeal and soup, or they are the same?
I ask this because the guy who convinced me to do MF was eating 5 to 7 shakes/day.
