Complete VS 6 MF Meals

Hi all,

I'm currently eating 3 shakes, 1 oatmeal, 1 soup and 1 bar per day.

I just wondered what is the difference between a shake and an oatmeal, a soup and a shake, in a "weight loss" perspective?

Are shakes more likely to make you lose weight than oatmeal and soup, or they are the same?

I ask this because the guy who convinced me to do MF was eating 5 to 7 shakes/day.

No difference at all Hype,

In fact, there's no evidence that the full fast (all MF meal replacements) is any faster than the 5-1 (1 regular meal).

Hi Unca,

Thanks for the info! So far it's going well.. End of second day. No headaches, no light-hearted, hehe!

This just let me some time to prepare for THAT day where hunger will get to me and that I'll want to eat some junk... :oops:

Until then, I am finding great support on this site. It really is making me feel like I'm not alone!
