I am laughing, There is a VERY popular saying in Savannah which is not far from me, you see it on alot of bumper stickers.

TOO FAT FOR SPANDEX

NOT IN SAVANNAH

Okay, the tightness is BAADDD here. Worse, is the spandex, and the LOW cut braless spagetti strap top. Can't poke fun, I am a FRUMP, FAT FRUMP, but we will see where I am in 180 days

I've been remiss in welcoming you, 180! My apologies! Even though I've never been at the head of the welcome wagon, I've always been a passenger! :-)

Anyway, I think it's fantastic what you're doing, both for yourself, and for helping to restore some energy to the gaggle here.

I'm always around, just don't always get the time to post. But I'm living proof that MF works and can continue working through maintenance.

Keep on keepin' on!

Lauren

Too soon for test results? I hate to say I hope something is wrong but I hope you know what I mean - I hope you get some answers and a way to solve the hair loss one way or another.

Sometimes what I think is a bug is just sugar overload. But whatever it is I hope you feel well enough to start tomorrow. You've been such a support before even starting the program that I bet you'll be on fire once you get that first shake in you!

Well I have interesting news, all yesterday I was sick, throwing up like I had one too many warm drinks... I finally decided to go to the doctor, or rather my DH decided for me , and guess what?

NOOOOOOO I am not PG, can't have anymore hysterrectomy.....

BUT I can my appendix out....I know crazy. So I am sitting here waiting to go in in an hour, I will spend the night and go home... I have my laptop with and depending on the drugs I will check in later.

I wonder how much an appendix weighs?

Totally off subject.

As I took the kids to school yesterday we passed a pasture with cattle and horses that we pass every day. The kids like to watch the animals. Well one was trying to get through the fence and we slowed to see it was not stuck. We often had seen them fed in the morning about the same time we pass, so these were cared for animals. BUT, this cow was emaciated, I looked and realized most of the herd was. I decided to call the humane society for a well check, ended up with the sheriffs department.

Just got called they took the whole herd away, cattle, goats, horses and 1 donkey. Not sure what happened, but I am glad we noticed.

Good luck today with the surgery. I know it's minor but still it's surgery and I wish you well!

I'm glad you noticed the animals, too. I imagine they are the first to suffer when it gets harder to put food on the table.

Okay so I am in my room, I had a big surgery end of 2008, the drugs were better then! I have a new pretty incision, I never get to have the small scar thing, but MF the weight off and TT will take most of the scars away.

Anyhow wanted to say all okay, I should go home in the morning,

excuse the typos... funny thing is I was so :puke: isck yesterday, now my incision hurts but I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER, who knew...

MF for the day??? Uh none, but I have had several clear fluid IV bags

My husband have began watching Dave Ramsey too! I am doing Medifast and he is training for a 10K run and watching his diet for reflux. So I totally understand how you are feeling about turning your life around. I hope your first two day in April are going well! Keep up the enthusiastic posts!

Rest up my dear - it sounds like heaven to spend a day in bed. I suppose if you HAVE to it's not so much fun, though, huh?

Here's to a speedy recovery and a great first week, when it happens.
