I don't really have anything to add, but I felt bad after seeing that no one posted at ALL in the journals yesterday. Geez.

Thighs, yes. The rest sags a bit, but it's hard to say how much is from the weight loss (it's not like I had a HUGE amount to lose - 70 pounds or so) and how much is age and genetics. The body still looksl a heck of a lot better than it did before, though. ;)

I like the "automatic" thing. It has become pretty easy to get my meals ready to go and every two hours (well not this week because of testing at the school) have something to munch on or sip. I thought I had posted yesterday, but apparently it disappeared into cyber space. When I drink a diet Root Beer it actually helps me when I want something sweet and fizzy. What will set me off really bad is Crystal Light or adding Splenda to something. I go into carb craving overload.

You are doing great! I'm glad it's starting to feel automatic for you. Sorry I haven't been around much - sort of lying low. Clavicles - I vote for sooner - week 7/8. :D

Good job! How are doing with the hunger and cravings? If you haven't tried the flavor infusers, I really like them and they don't set off my carb button. However, if you drink one too close to bedtime you won't sleep, they have caffiene and I am really sensitive to it.

I am still here,,,have been off plan for 12 days battling the worst cold /flu I have EVER had, fever of 103/104 for days, finally it's all gone but the cough. I have not GAINED happy dance, thrilled to see some old new people. I go back OP in the morning, thankfully. Once the cough syrup that makes me go night night is done I will be more active, I actually fell asleep one day after getting the kids off to school only to have the school call and I was like great one of em is sick...nope the bus was here and I was not outside lol.

Hi....Being sick is no fun, especially with kids, I would imagine.

I just teach them, not raise them. Good news on maintaining. Soon, you will be wide awake and full of vigor. You will call the bus driver and say Hurry Up, I'm Waiting![/i]
Don't really care as long as everything's better than yesterday was...

That's hysterical about the bus - how many hours did you sleep?!?!?!? It must have been something your body really needed - I can only imagine sleeping all day, and I imagine it with a smile on my face....

I'm so glad you didn't gain - but sorry for the reason you were out of it. I hope your first day back on plan is a breeze!
