Well, my weigh in days are Fridays and after my first week, 7 pounds melted away.......I have a hard time at work getting all my supplements in but I figured that if I premake the pudding and put it in the fridge it is becoming a lot easier to work out.
My schedule
Wake up- Shake
Snack-Pudding
Lunch- Pudding or Soup
Snack- Bar
Lean and Green
Dessert - Pudding
I am just loving the chocolate pudding, I make 3 at once with a teaspoon of FF/SF Jello Chocolate Pudding mix, and it seems to solidify the pudding more int he fridge, it also allows me to add a little more water......making my portions bigger. I then pour it into 3 same size containers, lids on and then in the fridge!!!!
I have told myself that I will now weigh on Sundays so that now I won't touch the scale until then.....wish me luck!!!!
