Guess what Medifast family. I received my Medifast today. I got a call at work from DH and he said I got a package. I asked from who. He opened it and said, you guessed it Medifast. So look out losers, I will be joining you. I am starting tonight. I kinda started today drinking some shakes (another brand) and eating low-carb.

I can't tell you how excited I am. I don't recall ever being this excited about changing my WOE.
