Coke Zero

Postby Huntersmom » January 3rd, 2006, 5:54 pm

I was just wondering if you can have Coke Zero about twice a week on MF? I never stay committed on MF because I give in and drink a coke then it is back to day 1. I think if I could drink a Coke Zero once or twice a week that I actually might succeed. I have beeen battling a coca~cola habit for about 6 years now. I can usually make it about two weeks then break down and have one. Talk to everyone later.

Huntersmom, go and sip it :)

Coke zero is allowed in our plan. In fact, every coke zero flavor, flavored water (o-cal), etc is allowed. Be creative :D

Huntersmom ~

You may actually have diet pop every day, if you so desire and up to three caffeinated drinks per day. I advise people to watch their caffeine intake, as it can make you feel weird-o-lah.

In the beginning weeks, we sometimes need the sugar free drinks to fill the void left by our foody friends and to give our hands something non-dangerous to do! Eventually, you will realize just how good you feel when you drink water and most likely you'll not need the diet soda as much.
