20# club!!! YAY!!!!

Well, I took some advice and shook up my routine a little and sure enough, dropped three pounds over night!!!! I should wait for Sunday roll call, but I'm just toooooooo excited!!! :bounce: 21lbs GONE GONE GONE!!!

Congrats, Joyce, that is so fantastic! You must be thrilled, and really feeling the difference. Make sure to spend time paying attention to the little changes, the ones others may not notice but you do. Like bending over to pick something up, not noticing a staircase, random things that usually seem so cumbersome, will suddenly become insignificant. Take the time to enjoy those - because that's where the true quality of life changes are made!

Good work, and now you can have an even more wonderful weekend!

I am soooooooo close to getting there, but stuck at 19.2 for THREE DAYS!! I know I need to stay off the scale, it's maddening!! LOL

But, I did wear an old pair of pants to work yesterday that I couldn't even think of buttoning and zipping when I started! I even came home from work and wasn't in a hurry to get them off like I used to be when everything was too tight and uncomfy!!!

I love Medifast!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that is great!!!! I am so happy for you. I read that you did some things diffrent what did you do. I am kind of at all stall.

Well, I was reading through some of the "plateau" posts. And a common theme was to change eating times and what you eat...

My usual schedule was:
-shake at 7ish
-oatmeal at 10ish
-soup w/ crackers at 12:30
-bar at 3
-lean & green 5:30ish
-soup or oatmeal at 8:30

So, I changed it to
-shakes at 7am, 10am, 12:30pm
-Bar (only cuz a shake wasn't convenient) at 3
-L&G at 5:30
-shake at 8:15
-pack of crackers at 10pm

My plan was ONLY shakes and L&G, but that didn't pan out...but it still worked :)

Thanks everyone!!!! Yep, I do feel great! Not just from the weight loss, or because I've dropped a size already, but I feel healthier and I have all my new MF friends!!!! You all are the best!!!! :goteam:
