Well, I was reading through some of the "plateau" posts. And a common theme was to change eating times and what you eat...
My usual schedule was:
-shake at 7ish
-oatmeal at 10ish
-soup w/ crackers at 12:30
-bar at 3
-lean & green 5:30ish
-soup or oatmeal at 8:30
So, I changed it to
-shakes at 7am, 10am, 12:30pm
-Bar (only cuz a shake wasn't convenient) at 3
-L&G at 5:30
-shake at 8:15
-pack of crackers at 10pm
My plan was ONLY shakes and L&G, but that didn't pan out...but it still worked
