Hey Jo, congrats on your scale moving again!!
You did the move of beginning exercise, which is a real good thing. It's so true that muscle weighs more than fat, and while the scale cannot reflect that, you actually didn't stall. Just replaced the fat with muscle
You deserve a big CONGRATULATIONS!

Went to 150, then began gym to build some muscle; currently 173.8! (Need to cut some fat)
