So tomorrow is my official weigh in day, but I couldn't wait. I have lost a total of 10 pounds so far in MF!

10#'s gone forever, that is so GREAT! Think about it, go grab a 10# dumb bell and carry it for a while...it's GONE! Yay! I'm so excited for you! I joined the 20# club today and am just so happy to find a group of clubs I WANT to be a member of!!!
