What a great way to start the day, one week into MF and I already get to join the 10 lb. club. If I may please Unca, thank you!!! I know the weight came off quickly because (1) I just started (2) Aunt Flo was visiting right when I started, so major water retention. But hey, I feel a million times better then I did at this time last week, and I'll take it.
I was looking through posts last night, and agree whole-heartedly with what Lauren said in the studio where her picture is posted. This really is an awesome program to just go with the flow. It's so easy to beat ourselves up emotionally and set ourselves up for failure psychologically when we set specific weight losses for certain dates. Don't get me wrong, it's hard not to do. I too think about being certain weights by certain dates, like tomorrow I would like to be at goal. I did this program last year and found it easiest and most successful for me when, with a long term weight-goal in my mind, lived short term goals to get through each day on MF, and enjoy each day feeling better, healthier, and jump for joy on the days the scales showed losses. Just adding my own humble opinion of agreement.
